$20 per sports physical.
Each physical is not only the most affordable sports physical offered in our area, it is also a tax-deductible expense. Every dollar goes to support youth programs with the Concrete Rose Foundation, the West Ashley Jr Wildcats, and the Magnolia C.A.R.E.S Foundation.
Payments are processed through the Magnolia C.A.R.E.S Foundation Givebutter page so every physical is accounted for. Magnolia C.A.R.E.S Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 41-2909368. Keep your Givebutter receipt for your records.
